We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were great! We arrived a few hours early but were able to check-in early as they were just finishing off cleaning our room from the previous guests. We really appreciated this. The location is close to Nishi Nippori train station, making it easy to get to all the main areas around this city. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, easy to sleep at night. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the hotel facilities were excellent. this hotel provided a great experience.

the spacious room was equipped with modern private facilities, including a washing machine, which was very helpful for travelers. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby stations and attractions.
The only slight issue we faced was the lack of staff assistance, particularly with luggage storage. We were told we could store our luggage during office hours but could not find anyone to assist us on the day of our departure.
